HIPAA Training 2.0
Simplified Training is becoming Total HIPAA Compliance. We have created HIPAA training packages since 2003. We recently rebranded ourselves with the new name Total HIPAA Compliance in order to communicate our singular focus on HIPAA. The update of the HIPAA law, announced January 2013 and effective September 2013, was also a driver in our decision to change our name and our delivery model. In the new configuration, the compliance materials for Agents can be purchased separately from the training and testing. The revised compliance package has new documents to help you prepare your agency to meet HIPAA guidelines as well as updates of several or the existing forms. The compliance materials are available as a site license. The training tours a typical insurance agency. There are four modules that cover Privacy, Security, Breach, and Penalties. The Privacy module also includes discussion about Gramm-Leach-Bliley.
